Office Manager

Full Time, Ongoing position
Education Support Level 3, as per the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2013.
Category A: 4 weeks leave.

This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the College office/reception and administrative services. It will be the responsibility of this position to ensure that community members and those approaching the College have a professional, welcoming and supportive experience upon engaging with Damascus College.

The Office Manager will support the College goals and objectives through the development of processes and systems.  The successful candidate will lead the administrative team within the College, be an active team member, and contribute to implementing the Strategic Directions of College. An important focus for the Office Manager will be the allocation and prioritisation of tasks for the general office/reception staff.
