In the tradition of Christian education, Damascus College Ballarat places great importance on pastoral care. The philosophy and tradition of the early founders of our College is continued in the way students, parents, friends and all staff relate to each other. The organisation of students into Houses and Homerooms/Teacher Advisor Groups in the school encourages deeper involvement in school events and activities and enables a closer relationship with teachers.
