Tuition Fees for 2009 are as follows:

Capital Levy: $200.00 will apply per family on an annual basis.  As this is a compulsory charge, no receipt for taxation purposes will apply.  This fee is levied for the ongoing capital upgrade of College facilities.

Co-Curriculum Charges: The tuition fee covers costs related to the College tuition, administration, subject levies, camps, excursions and incidentals.  The tuition fee does not cover optional aspects of the College’s program, services provided for individual music tuition or overseas travel, and some major projects undertaken by senior technology students.  These will be charged at various times through the year as appropriate.  

Student Departures and Withdrawals: Parents and guardians are reminded that early notification of a student withdrawing during the College year is required.  Where a student exits the College during a Term, fees are payable to the end of the Term the student exited.

Concessions: Families are encouraged to seek advice and assistance as soon as they become aware of issues in relation to fee payments. Families experiencing financial difficulties may be eligible for fee assistance on application. Those seeking consideration for fee concessions for the following year are required to contact the Business Manager, Mt Clear campus for a Concession Form. Completed forms are to be returned to the office no later than November 30th for the following year's fees. Appointments will then be made to discuss arrangements.

Family Discounts: Apply where more than one child in a family is enrolled at the College.  There is an automatic family discount of the Tuition fee of 12.5% for two siblings, and 25% for three or more siblings.

Payment Options: The following options are available for the payment of school fees:

• Payment in Full in February
• Fee Payment Plan

A Payment in Full Discount of 5% is offered where the fee account is paid in full by February 27.

A Payment in Full Discount of 2.5% will be given where the fee account is paid in full by June 30.   Those choosing this option must complete the Fee Payment Plan and have finalised their fee account by June 30.

Those not paying the Fees in full by February 27 must complete the  “2009 Fee Payment Plan” form and return it to the Finance Office by Wednesday December 3 2008.  The following payment options are available:

For 2009 these options are:

• weekly instalments
• fortnightly instalments
• monthly instalments
• quarterly instalments
• Where such instalment arrangement finalises the fee account by June 30, a 2.5% discount will apply.

Other instalment plans may be arranged to suit family budgets.  Please contact the Finance Office, Mt Clear campus if you require assistance to determine the payments required to clear the account balance prior to the end of the 2009 school year.
