Career Pathways

All students at Damascus College Ballarat are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the career hub located in the St Martin’s Resource Centre.  Information from a range of universities, TAFE’s and private providers is accessible to students and able to be browsed at a student’s leisure.

Mrs Joanne Lawrence the Careers Co-ordinator is also available to assist students with:

  • pathway information requests
  • individual career counselling
  • work experience advice
  • preparation for entering employment
  • applications for taster courses
  • scholarships and
  • VTAC and SEAS

It is vital that all students realise the importance of actively engaging in their own self development. The careers resources and events at Damascus College Ballarat are designed to focus on individual growth and planning and preparation for the future pathways a student will ultimately follow.
