Teacher Advisor

The relationship that exists between a student and a teacher is one that is paramount to effective teaching and learning. Each student at Damascus College Ballarat in Years 7 and 8 is assigned to a Teacher Advisor (TA) group.

Maintaining effective communication with students and parents/guardians will be a primary focus as the Teacher Advisor regularly monitors the learning of each of their TA groups, identifying areas of concern and possibilities for further growth. The TA will report on progress via written reports and scheduled interviews.
