French Students Head Home

Last week we farewelled the group of french students visiting from Angers, France. The students spent three weeks at Damascus College where they experienced life as a Damascus student, and experienced the Australian culture and way of life. Students were treated to numerous firsts, including an Australian cooking class and numerous excursions around Ballarat and the region.

The Damascus community is thankful for the opportunity to be able to learn from these french students, and Damascus students have no doubt made some life long friends abroad. Thank you to all the host families for opening up your homes and many thanks to the staff invovled in making this wonderful expercience happen.
