What are you grateful for...?
In what is a challenging time for us all, we must remember how fortunate we are for the many positives that still form parts of our lives. From the little things such as being able to exercise, to being able to call Australia home, being grateful for what we already have becomes more important than ever.
Through the practice of gratitude and kindness, we can feel happier, less stressed and more resilient in meeting the challenges that life throws our way.
