A Day in the life of........

Year 12 student Milly Frost and Year 11 student Rylan Walker recently participated in the ‘Day in the life of a Notre Dame Medical Student Program’ during the school holidays, on 5 July 2019 in Sydney.

Milly is interested in studying Medicine and wants to continue the legacy of female doctors working in general practice. Rylan enjoys Science subjects and has completed experience at the Ballarat Base Hospital in various departments, which has ignited his interest in Medicine.

Both students had a fantastic time at the program, learning new skills like plastering, CPR, suturing and asked the university medical students a million and one questions!

Milly and Ryan gained a good insight into medicine and the journey that is required to get there - well done for getting involved.
