Year 7 students visit Emmaus PS

On Thursday 23 June, some Year 7 students visited Emmaus PS to work with the Prep students. They were allocated two new friends each and then set about reading a variety of books to their younger students. This proved to be a very enjoyable activity for all. All students then participated in creative play with fun activities on offer such as blocks, jigsaws and puzzles. The time came to an end all too quickly but before departure a hot chocolate was enjoyed for 50 cents. This was a fundraiser for East Timor. That also explains why Emmaus students and teachers were in their pyjamas!

Thank you to Emmaus for hosting our students and for providing a wonderful opportunity for teaching and learning.
