The Mysteries of a Bohemian’s Rhapsody

Bohemian Rhapsody was released October 31, 1975, and it was an instant hit; it stayed number one on the charts for nine weeks straight. Since then, people have tried countless times to interpret its meaning. Usually, the thought is that Bohemian Rhapsody is just about a man who committed murder and lived to regret it. “...when looking closer on its lyrics it is the most complex/multifaceted song ever written by Mercury, capable of thousands of different interpretations,”

The song is the primary stimuli to this year’s ensemble. The words and lyrics serve as a launching pad to an engaging mix of dramatic scenes, moments and ideas that interpret and explore its meaning on a figurative, abstract, literal and symbolic level.

Parents are welcome to attend the performances that are running Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week from 7:30pm
