2019 General Booklist Information

The General Booklist letter has been sent to every parent or guardian’s nominated email address.  This instructional letter will guide parent’s or guardian’s on what resources they can purchase second-hand and how to save money with the booklist.    It also provides step-by-step instructions on how to order the booklist online, through Ballarat Books.

All levels of Mathematics for Year 9 -12 students, are required to have the Casio ClassPad 400 CAS Calculator.  We engage the services of the Calculator King who provides us with a discounted price for the calculator.  To buy the calculator from them is $235, please access their website on the Secure Online Store:  www.calculatorking.com.au

The delivery and distribution will take place between you and Ballarat Books.  You will receive notification in the post when the order is ready for collection.  The new Collection Centre is located at 5 Yarrowee Street, Sebastopol.

It is necessary for ALL students to have the requirements as listed in the General Booklist in order to commence their classes.

For the 2019 year, students will require additional resources as part of the Learning and Teaching program.  This will include digital access from Oxford (including the Oxford English Digital Resource and Cambridge Essential Mathematics Digital Resource).  As a result, all digital access will be book-listed in the General Booklist and managed through Ballarat Books.  The technology levy will now only cover the use of the student device, the Microsoft Surface Pro.

If you are having difficulties ordering online or have queries regarding the booklist, please contact Aleceia Smith on a.smith@damascus.vic.edu.au
